Very clean and beautiful rooms!! I got an upgrade which was a beautiful suite with whirlpool tub and fireplace!! Thank you to your desk clerk for making that happen, especially after a long day of driving!! Very kind and appreciative!

Hotel is near the waterfalls, which makes it a nice walk for the mornings after a nice free breakfast. Only disappointment was the hottub wasnt as hot as we would have liked.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. Any issues we had, which were very small were addressed and corrected immediately. We will stay here when we return to the area and would recommend it to others.

Girl it's a mess

Look the beds are horrible, we all developed a rash after the hot tub. The hotel is in horrible shape. We cant believe we spent 300$ for this night. Save yourself the trouble just don't.

Close to highways , but when asked for room service, making beds - device was denied as the front desk staff on the Labour Day told us we had to inform them the night before despite the cleaning staff being present on the same floor where our room was , they could have done it but didn't need to the request - I was told if I wanted the room service and I said - yes the night before yet the day staff didn't comply - I am as there for 2 nights -you are in hospitality business, so please train your staff appropriately

Our room was clean but the beds were like sleeping on concrete. The mirror in our room was smashed and repaired with packing tape. The door wouldn’t lock. I reported both the mirror and lock to the front desk staff and was told “oh well”…there was no action taken to fix the door or an offer to move to another room. As a single woman, I did not feel safe in this hotel

I noticed the reception area.. dusty furnitures..our room was clean. Alexander ( studying Medicine Profession) at front desk was very helpful in every way and heplful, kind , professional....very nice guy.
