Clean, well appointed little studio room. Loved having the kitchenette and when we arrived there was a bed, dishes, and treats for our pup. Breakfast was included and delicious with pastries, yogurt parfaits, home style potatoes, and the best eggs I’ve ever had from a continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Monsieur Jean. Loved the fact the rooms had a small kitchen which meant we could have breakfast at our leisure while we got ready for our day. We were right in the heart of Old Quebec City and were able to walk to all of the fabulous sights. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bedding was superb!

Firstly, the location is just amazing and in the centre of things to do in the old town. Then, the hotel is also great!! Quirky and fun but classy and the room was lovely; clean, bright and very well equipped (with a small hidden kitchen). Also public (underground) parking right next door which is convenient. Would recommend.

While the free breakfast was ok the service at the restaurant was extremely slow and they thought the breakfast was only for 1 room when it was actually for both as stated in the reservation. I didn’t get a room upgrade either, in fact I was given the smallest room on the whole floor. Finally, forcing guests to pay the full fee for the room at check in is insane. My colleagues card needed to be filled because she did not have available credit and the front desk staff was quite rude about it, to the point where she was chased by a staff member demanding payment. We were treating like fleeing criminals. The valet staff were nice but unfortunately they are never at their post. We had to wait on three occasions for someone to come to the front. All in all, I don’t think I’ll be back at this hotel.

The hotel locates in the middle of old city. It’s very convenient to walk to various sites. The room is large with a small kitchennet. The breakfast is very good. Valet parking costs $25 which is very reasonable for such a city. I would definitely stay here again

Truly a memorable stay at this unique hotel that was very modern, chic, and clean! I was very grateful for the staff's hospitality at the front desk, at the bar/breakfast areas and the cleaning staff. Our stay included the continental breakfast and it was not at all what I expected because it was actually good and we would have eaten there everyday had it not been for the short stay and we wanted to take advantage of all the great restaurants this beautiful city has to offer. Our rooms were wonderfully equipped with more than what I could have asked for. Water bottles everyday and even a small kitchenette that we actually never thought we would use but we did! Reheating some left over pizza. Overall, very satisifed and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to this magical city.
