The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful. They also made a mistake with the Wi-Fi code and required us to come back downstairs to obtain the correct one. When we asked why we needed to come down and why the correct code couldn’t be provided over the phone, they responded that we were not their only customers. This response was unacceptable, especially since the error was theirs. It would have been reasonable for us to remain on the line from our room while they assisted another customer. Overall, their attitude was rude and unprofessional.
