Located in the heart of the Quiberon peninsula within Résidence Avel, this 32 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a bunk bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, making it ideal for families or couples with children. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle), and a TV for a convenient and pleasant stay.



Bed linen, towels, tea towels, and bath mats are available for an extra charge.



Enjoy the fresh sea air from the balcony. The residence also offers a heated pool, open from June 15 to September 15, from 10 am to 7 pm.



The location is excellent: the beach is about 700 meters away on foot, perfect for swimming, relaxing, or water sports. Quiberon is popular for its sandy beaches, famous wild coast, coastal paths, surf spots, and cycling routes. The town center, markets, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance.



From Quiberon, take a day trip to Belle-Île-en-Mer, known for its cliffs, coves, and unspoiled scenery. Water sports enthusiasts will love the nearby surf and kite beaches.



A parking space is available in the residence. Events are not allowed in the apartment.
