Ready for a Great Vacation by the beach? This classic beach home was just renovated with modern luxury features and fully stocked with amenities for your enjoyment. A few short steps to one of the best beaches on Lake Michigan. Your morning coffee is coupled with a view of the lake, right from the comfort of the sunroom or deck. This home was just extensively renovated, and includes many great features to make your vacation outstanding!


Located in Racine Wisconsin, steps to North Beach - There is just so much to do!


Do you love the beach? Go swimming, biking, sailing, play volley ball, charter a boat, or just go out and catch some sun. Located a short walk to Downtown Racine's shops, restaurants, museums, and marina. Beautiful walk along the beach to the Racine Zoo. There are two parks nearby including the Kids Cove playground that is right on the beach that has plenty of activity for kids.


This newly updated vacation home has three bedrooms ready to sleep up to 6 people (There is also a couch in the living room. Crib available upon request). Its a great mix of classic and new features. 10 foot ceilings, wide cut pine floors, oversized mouldings throughout. Yet it's fully updated for your comfort: new kitchen, new bathroom, gorgeous deck, central air conditioning (Which many homes here do not have!).


Quality mattresses and bedding for your comfort! Extra pillows, New large screen televisions, internet service, beach towels, sun chairs, board games and toys available inside for indoor fun - we tried to think of it all.


You start your vacation entering through a covered porch, and do a self-check-in with our digital entry lock system (the entry code is specific to your stay, and is different for every guest) . When you enter you see a gorgeous kitchen! Modern Cabinets, Corian Style Counter tops, European Stove, Bosch Dishwasher, and more. 10 foot ceiling with recessed lights. Full stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, and any other supplies you might need to cook up a fabulous meal! We provide sample snacks, coffee, and other amenities to get you going.


And if you don't wish to cook, then there are many fabulous options nearby for both dine in and delivery within walking distance in Downtown Racine. Cuisines such as Thai, Jamaican, Greek, Mexican, traditional American, and more! A walk down downtown main street will offer you many options.


From the kitchen you can view the sunroom, look through the patio door, and see Lake Michigan! The sun room lets through tons of light, and escorts you onto the new beautiful deck. You can sit on a padded deck chair, and enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast. Listen to the waves splashing…


You can walk steps to North Beach, Voted one of the best Midwest Fresh Water beaches by USA Today and Family Destinations Guide.


Next, you enter the living room. Enjoy the comfortable leather sofa, kick back on the recliner chair, or watch something on the new large screen Smart TV! Or perhaps you want to cruise the high speed internet access…


And when the time strikes, you enter the amazing bathroom! 10 foot cielings, ceramic modern tile from floor to ceiling! Kohler sliding glass doors, and custom vanity. Enjoy the provided towels, and other amenities. We provide everything you need, from soap, shampoo, conditioner, to hair dryers.


Relax at night in one of the three bedrooms. Walk through the French double doors. Will you choose the king size bed? The queen? All have comfortable mattresses with memory foam toppers. We provide sheets, blankets, and extra pillows. You can kick back and watch your favorite programs as 2 of the bedrooms have their own Smart TV’s. Plenty of storage for your stuff, with open closets from floor to ceiling. Desks next to the bed to charge your phones, lamps for nightlights if needed.


When you walk around ouside, you will see we include a private garage, yard with a large deck, and outdoor barbecue, and covered porch.


We also are concerned about safety, and have fire detectors and carbon monoxide detectors throughout, and included a fire extinguisher. As the home is not always occupied, there are camera's outside covering the entrances to the house and garage.

Beautiful

The house is beautiful and exactly as described. It was perfectly cozy and perfect for our family. The beach was a quick walk from the house and was not busy while we were there. I have stayed at several VRBO's and this was by far the most well stocked house I have been to! The kitchen has a coffee bar and every possible thing you need to make delicious meals or cook on the grill. The communication was excellent. Halina made sure that everything was perfect for our week stay. A storm had knocked out the refrigerator but she bought a functional retro fridge to make sure we had one available for our stay.

Perfect location, great rental

The location of this lake house is amazing along with great views of the lake from the deck and the sitting area just off the kitchen. I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend with my two adult children and the house was ideal. The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms are large enough for luggage and to not feel cramped at all. The large family room is great for watching movies and winding down in the evening. Everything has been updated and remodeled.The hosts literally thought of EVERYTHING! Extra trash bags, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, beach blankets/towels and chairs, extra bath towels… no need to go buy extra toilet paper or paper plates or dish soap, things I’ve normally had to buy when staying for a week at a rental. Huge bonus, there were snacks and a few bottles of water upon our arrival!Halina was very responsive (within minutes) to any questions I had prior to our arrival.She even came over when we were having trouble with the toaster/convection oven. A recent power surge had broken it. Halina offered to go get a new one right away which was totally unnecessary but had I ‘needed it’ she would have done it. I told her it didn’t need to be replaced during our stay. She was sooo nice! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect summer get away!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, fully equipped home. Steps away from the gorgeous beach and with a great back patio view of the lake, we were thrilled! We took full advantage going to watch the sunrise. This made for a perfect summer getaway! And we hope to come back another time soon!!!

Best VRBO to date!

My husband and I travel quite a bit anf have stayed at a lot of beautiful homes away from home, but this is so far our absolute favorite! Halina has created a wonderful, well-appointed space that makes you feel cozy and cared for while youre there. The beach was beautiful and so relaxing! great vacation

This is a very cozy home on a corner lot in a residential neighborhood. It is 1/2 block from the lake, located close to downtown. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The one bedroom has a hugh king size bed and the other has a good size queen bed, along with 2 good size bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked and has a nice washer and dryer. every room has their own tv. We enjoyed that home very much and the host is super nice, helpful and flexible. We could have asked more of a vacation home and the price was very decent as well. We thank our host for being so nice and helpful.

Halina is genius at her craft as a host! Her home is perfect for my family! Beautifully renovated (the kitchen is fabulous!) and has everything one needs to feel right at home! You will find little, BIG touches everywhere!…from extra soft blankets and fluffy pillows to lots of needed towels and washcloths to lovely restored hardwood floors to the most comfortable mattresses/bedding, etc., etc., etc.! Everything was perfect

The property is lovely. A quick walk to the beach, which even in the winter, was absolutely wonderful to experience. During the first part of the stay there was snow. Bought sleds for everyone to use on the hills. The end of our trip saw all the snow gone and we were able to visit the lighthouse. Not only does the property contain a washer/dryer in the basement, there’s also a 1 car garage we could use. The host(s) are wonderful. The property contained all the little extras a traveling family needs and then some. They graciously decorated the home with holiday decorations which meant a lot to us. Fantastic communication and incredible attention to detail. Thank you to our host (s) for their hospitality and kindness. Anyone would appreciate this rental. The beach is lovely and very clean. The home appears to be recently renovated and is quite comfortable and cozy.

Another Great Trip

This has become an annual rental for us. The owner is kind and will meet any special requests. The location is perfect for families with many activities within walking distance. The garage to park your car is also a nice perk.

Loved our stay! We go to racine every august (ever since 2021) and this was by far our best house. So many amenities, from tons of towels, to complimentary snacks, to central AC - we were there when it was 90 degrees so that was amazing. Gorgeous views and just steps from a gorgeous beach. We will be back!

Relaxing and Convenient

We wanted to be close to the lake and still have access to explore the area. The house was super comfortable and modern with the lake/beach as advertised. We had easy day trips to Milwaukee and Chicago and also loved walking the Lake path, especially from the house towards the Windpoint Lighthouse or just chilling on the deck for the water views. The house is extremely well renovated and styled. Having an indoor recycling bin, soft beds, and a GREAT bathroom. Halina is a thoughtful and friendly host. She got excited that I wanted more information about Borzynski's and she also was quick to help when the TV internet had a hiccup on our last night. The weekend nights at the beach/park definitely had more noise and questionable population but we never felt worried, just annoyed.

Just steps to North Beach

You can sit on the deck and view the sun coming up over North Beach. A quick 3 min walk, and you are at the water's edge of lake Michigan. The home has everything you need, great kitchen and outstanding bathroom. The communication with the host is second to none. During our stay the area experienced a power outage (100's without power) the host was in communication during it with updates on when the power would return and to offer assistance if we needed. 5-stars is not enough if there were more, we would give them.

We had a great few days here! My two teenaged boys enjoyed having their own rooms after a few days of hotel stays. The location to beautiful Lake Michigan was convenient. Everything in the house was great!

A beautiful home in a great location!

What a wonderful home. There was EVERYTHING you could possibly need there. It was so close to Lake Michigan and the wonderful beach. We could sit out at night and admire the lake from the house. The owners have thought of everything. The home was very clean and cozy. I would highly recommend this home if you are ever looking for a place to stay in Racine.
