This hotel is in the middle of the “entertainment district”. Which means it’s incredibly loud until around 3am. There was music and bass so loud that it literally shook our window and was constant from 12:30am to 3am. Would never stay here again.

Beautiful property - well kept & maintained, amazing service staff. Parking across the street in a commercial lot which typically has places available. The bar directly across the street plays VERY LOUD music/rap/dance till all hours of early morning. Big bass!! The noise was an unwelcome annoyance that just didn't stop. Love the property....HATE the noise.

the room was good and the staff was nice, but there is a very loud night club right next door that mad sleeping very difficult and the breakfast food was not good.

Great stay for NYE on Glenwood. Right next to tons of night life and dog friendly. Parking is fairly easy as you check in first and then park across the street in the parking garage labeled with the Hampton Inn placards. It is a shared public lot with specific parking for hotel guests only.

I can’t believe a hotel prides itself on being someplace you won’t get any sleep but this one does. Surrounded by bars and nightclubs and muffler less cars and motorcycles, from midnight to 3a each night just know you won’t sleep regardless how loud the noise machine given by the hotel is. It’s clean and the service was good. Just know you won’t sleep during the night and the hotel is okay with that.

Shout out to Lily and Be at the front desk. My husband is in a wheelchait and they both came to with him and luggage. While i parked, spose received cup of fresh coffee and good company. They are both a testament to good customer relations and extraordinary women! Room was spotless. The only complaint was for a person in a wheelchair to be put on the 6th floor. If there is a fire,you cant get out. Thank you

Staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the hot chocolate bar and am always pleased when cooked oatmeal is a breakfast option. We had no issues with noise as some people have commented on. Liked being able to walk to nearby places for dinner and drinks. Close to Dix Park and the trolls too
