Location loud, clean hotel

This hotel is a make or break location. If you're a night owl, this is a great hotel. If you want a quieter location and if value sleep, this is NOT the hotel for you. As for the hotel and staff — great! Very clean, good AC, good breakfast, decent size gym and pool.

I actually had a great experience at this hotel and was going to choose that hotel to stay at again when coming back to Raleigh. However, after coming back home I noticed that I was charged $250.00 for a smoking fee. There was 100% no smoking in the room. The only evidence they could provide was a bag of guts in a trash bag inside of the trash can. I was informed that it could not be refunded back to me after that was no evidence to prove smoking was done in the room. Now, I will never stay there again!

Arrived 3 hours early and my room was not available yet. But Amanda was EXCELLENT and upgraded me to a king suite at no additional cost and allowed me to check in! AWESOME experience as always . Being a Hilton Honor Member.is lovely and all you have to fo is sign up!Lloved the comfortable beds and all the amenities. Will come back here next trip to Raleigh.

Best place in Raleigh!

Great place to stay! Great people, Bea was the best! Thanks again for letting us know about the dueling piano bar! We loved the room, the bed, the pillows, how large the bathroom was & the nice large shower! Best place we have stayed in a while & can't wait to come back! Oh & breakfast was Amazing!
