Indoor pool had so much chlorine, our eyes were burning and the smell was awful. Staff was so rude to us when we attempted to open a door to clear out the smell and the humidity. Our shower drain was clogged and we found mold coming out of the air conditioner vents. We had to be moved to another room. Very disappointed as we expected a much better experience with a Hilton property than the one we received. We paid way more money per night than we should have for the rooms and amenities!
