Hotel it’s self needs needs some work. Our room smelled awful and there were holes in the ceiling of our closet. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls throughout the hallways and in the room. and the “king” size bed was Not a King it was a queen. We were charged additional for parking 10$ a day which we have never encountered in all of our hotel experience. Plus an additional 75$ a day for accidentals policies. Staff overall front desk was fine but Starbucks employees could use some more hospitality training. We weren’t greeted or asked if f we were ready to order they only spoke between each other so we walked away.

Check-in was slow. Only 1 key coding machine was working so I had to wait additional time. There was no explanation! I was then told that there was a problem with the Wi-Fi and internet. When I got to the room, the internet was going in and out so I couldn’t work on my Laptop. The TV buffered the entire time. The heat unit/ac was so loud, I had to turn it off, which mean that I was cold all night. The room was old and outdated and one of the folded wash cloths had a huge stain on it. Rough night! I will not stay at this property again and maybe no Hilton. I stopped on the way out and ordered a coffee and was charged $1 more than what the board/price-list said. I was told that those prices were old and she would get in touch with someone.
