15 minutes from RDU, 1.9 miles away from awesome downtown Cary, 350 yard walk to Harris Teeters & array of restaurants including great NC BBQ (Mike's BBQ). Backyard with deck and grill opens up right onto greenway with Bond Lake 0.9 mile bike or walk away! Godbold tennis courts, skate park and dog park 2.0 miles away! Great base for a family to work from home and / or explore what NC has to offer: Crabtree Lake, Jordan Lake, Umstead Park, NC Museum of Art, UNC Chapel Hill, Duke and NC State and a heck of a lot of great breweries! Recently remodeled home that make a great escape, work remotely or base for visiting and exploring!
