The hotel did not honour my booking and I had to try to find another hotel at 10 o’clock at night. They claimed they do not deal with hotels.com and couldn’t locate my booking, even although I had paid in full and had the confirmation paperwork. ‘Disappointing’ does not even come close.

The room was clean and in a good condition and the staff was very very courteous. We checked in late even then they provided us food from their restaurant and the food was so excellent. Only problem was that the view out the window was of the garbage littered field.
