I was challenged with the smell of sewer in the bathroom every time you turned the sink on! When my daughter took a shower, it was cold?? Couldn’t get the water to get hot/warm. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The counter tops in the bathroom were dirty when we arrived :-( The fridge was noisy throughout the night

The room was clean but the air conditioner was so loud it was a terrible night.. we turned off the air conditioner so we can sleep but then the room was stuffy and hot.. so we HAD to turn on the air conditioner causing us no sleep.. In the morning there was a house keeper so loud yelling to another house keeper it was awful and no sleep.. we decided to just leave early… will never go back!!!! The worse experience ever
