The primary bedroom boasts a private sliding glass door leading to the backyard and a king-sized bed dressed in luxurious linens. The en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in closet, a double sink vanity with a dedicated make-up vanity, a jetted tub for two, and a separate walk-in shower.

Adjacent to the primary bedroom, the den/office is furnished with an executive desk, a wireless printer, and a landline offering free long-distance calling throughout North America. A large flat-screen TV with Roku smart technology and a convertible sofa provides additional convenience. A full bath is located down the hall.

Down the hall, you'll find the second en-suite bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and luxurious linens. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Your health and comfort are our top priorities. In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves, and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; and every member of the Greenday Team has been vaccinated. That is to say when the day comes and it's time for you to check out you will feel rested, energized, and healthier than on the day you arrived.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 cancellation fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
