-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number

-Fireplace is not available for guest use

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through Abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-No smoking

-$600 monthly utility allowance

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.



Guest Access:

To first enter the property there will be a front gate with lockbox secured on the doorknob. Unlock the lockbox and open the gate. Electronic door lock is provided along with a gate remote.
