Just a few steps from the seafront promenade, shops, supermarkets, and the bus stop, it offers an ideal location to explore the charm of the historic center, the promenade, and the wonders of the surroundings such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

🏡 The apartment, cozy and functional, offers a bright living room with a dining area and sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower 🚿. Outside, a lovely private terrace 🌿 invites you to relax in the open air. Completing the offer is a convenient private parking space (dimensions 2.20 height by 2.20 width) 🚗, allowing you to experience Rapallo with total freedom and peace of mind. We are waiting for you! 🙌💙

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!
🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without constraints.

• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50
🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there are no food items in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.
🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.
🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 years are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
