It didn't necessarily seem dirty, but a little dingy and not brightly lit. There was a sign that said if you left any stains that there would be a $250 charge, but the fridge was so cold my soda exploded and they gave me a towel so I could clean it to not get a charge. The coffee wasn't that good with only non-dairy powder creamer and the breakfast sandwiches advertised had to be asked for at the desk, but nobody was at the desk when we were eating and the sign that told you where to ask for them to get them had small print and was behind things on the counter, so the breakfast was very limited.

The hotel itself is fine, not great, but we stayed for three nights and received no housekeeping services. We don’t expect the bed to be made or even vacuuming, but maybe a couple of fresh towels and refills on shower soap, along with taking out the trash would have been nice…

Room was clean, both front desk gals were super friendly during both check in and check out. This place was really charming and we would absolutely stay again. Staff was communicative and there were no suprises. Next time we make it out to Rapid we will definitely be returning.

i booked a two bedroom room for the night before my wedding which you think would allow 4 people since there’s two queen size beds but had to pay an extra $20 a person for anyone other than me and one more person then i had to pay another $100 breakable deposit and when i asked her about all she could say was it’s policy instead of explaining why i needed to get her $140 when i had already paid for the room and i had come in a few weeks prior and asked her about everything and she wouldn’t give me any information. and the hotel rooms aren’t even that nice for having to pay $240 total!

It was very quiet, the room was comfortable. The continental breakfast is very limited, bagel, toast and cereal, regular coffee. But there is a Perkins right next door if you desire more. It was a good location for our purpose.

This is definitely a 2 star hotel. It's old but the room was clean. The mattress was closer to sleeping on a futon than an actual bed mattress. It was very thin, squeaky and uncomfortable. They were having computer issues when we checked in so that process took about 30 minutes. I felt sorry for the front desk person because the line was out the door and she couldn't do anything. The next afternoon, I went to ask a question at the front desk and again, they were having computer issues so another 20 minute situation. Overall, just a tired hotel. Not awful but I probably won't ever stay there again.

A classic motel in the heart of the city with a great pool and beautiful colorful flowers. The staff was very friendly and informative. The overall appearance is a bit dated but the room was clean and large. The beds were comfortable.

I have never checked in to room and found messages from management about I am only allowed to set the heat or ac to 72. Room was hot and stuffy. Next message was about purchasing towls or pillows vs stealing them. Then there was the list of if I spill Kool Aid, pizza stains on furntiture etc. The list just kept going.

Older building but modernized. Very clean. Staff friendly. Rooms nice. Bed excellent for my taste. Room had a lazy boy chair. Could use a few more outlets around the bed but we travel prepared for that. Price was very reasonable. Nice room at a bargain price.

There's only an outdoor pool, which was too cold to use. Breakfast is cereal, a bagel, or a frozen Jimmy deans sausage biscuit. The beds are hard. The pillows are very flat. The only pro was it's location. Very close to several restaurants, Walmart, target and Sam's club.
