Cozy home

The house was in a great location. Very cozy and the beds were very comfy. The bath towels were so soft and fluffy. This was a quiet neighborhood with a nice fenced backyard for grilling or kids to play. We didn’t use the backyard because we were there to visit all the National and State parks. While at the house, we even had a visitor in the backyard. What a special experience. I couldn’t rate it a 5 star because some of the amenities were not available as listed for the property. All in all, a great rental.

Great little house in a quiet neighborhood! The house was centrally located to all the Black Hills attractions. And we didn’t have to go far to see wildlife - two mule deer were feeding every afternoon in the yard across the street! Perfect size and location for a couple.

Comfortable house close to attractions

This house is comfortable and a good hub for visiting Mt. Rushmore (30 minutes), Badlands National Park (1 hour), Wind Cave National Park (1 hour), and many other attractions. The house is well-decorated and has three window air conditioners that cool the entire space. You'll have a washer and dryer, plus all the pots, pans, and equipment you will need if you want to cook and eat "at home." Highly recommend this property for a couple or a small family (two queen beds).

Small House for Big Adventures

1. Bathroom had the good toilet paper! We stayed here for our family vacation to the Black Hills, Badlands National Park, and all the other wonders of western South Dakota. House was stocked with all the essentials. Quite neighborhood. Great stay.

5 Star Stay at St. Francis House

This little house was just perfect for our stay in Rapid City. We did some hiking before driving to Sioux Falls to pick up our granddaughter from college to bring her home for the summer. Good location to the grocery store. House was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and there was even coffee in the cupboard! And especially nice to be able to eat outside on the patio. Would love to return for a future stay.

Quiet bungalow

The house was perfect for two people. Not large, but there were two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Nice amenities, including lots of kitchen things if you want to prepare food. Several smart TVs made it easy to keep watching our favorite shows. Nice sized fenced backyard which was perfect for our small dog. Neighborhood was quiet and relatively close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay, better than a hotel room.

Beautiful home

We couldn't have asked for a better stay or better hosts. They were so easy to communicate with and so accommodating. The house was perfect for my mom, sister and I. It was so clean, the beds were so comfortable and everything else was perfect as well. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay for a small family

Host was very responsive and kind. The house was just perfect for our family of 3. The back yard is huge and fenced, which our child loved. There is a grill and covered patio. The location is centralized and super easy to find. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the best part was it was fairly toddler proof/friendly 😊 I didn’t have to make many adjustments to keep it safe for a curious little explorer.
