The staff and hotel were wonderful. Rooms are historical and spacious. The area around hotel is lovely with plenty of things to see and places to eat. The breakfast was delicious.

Everyone and everything at Albergo Cappello was exceptional !!! The morning breakfast receptionist was one of the most genuine persons we have met in over 20 years of travel. I wish I knew her name because she personally made us feel welcome every morning. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious in every way, the wait staff was wonderful as was the afternoon/evening reception. We will remember this stay for many years. Thank you❤️

This is a lovely boutique hotel with gracious hosts and all the amenities. The restaurant is amazing, some of the best food we’ve had in Italy so far! The town is charming and the mosaics at the UNESCO sites are so impressive. Ravenna is also great for people who might not have the best mobility because the historic part of town is small and mostly flat. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful old building. Nice welcome. Friendly employees. Clean, comfortable rooms. There is an elevator to the second floor but then stairs to the third floor. There is a bar and restaurant on sight which opens at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM respectively. Did not eat dinner but the drinks were excellent. Seating on the street in the evening is very charming. Other shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is included and is very nice. If cruising, book transportation to port early. Beautiful little city. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Albergo Capello. The staff was so kind and helpful, they really made our stay wonderful. The restaurant at the hotel is also great and we enjoyed dining here during our stay. The room was also lovely and so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here when coming to Ravenna.

Dora and Bagar are outstanding! The best staff we have ever encountered and we have travelled the world. They are very accommodating and attentive. This 7 room inn is in the heart of the old city with many shopping and dining options within 150 meters The flexible dining time breakfast was fresh and plenty. They have their own restaurant and bar onsite if you choose to eat there. The shrimp and ribs we thoroughly enjoyed. We only spent 2 nights in this magical property but it felt like home before we left. We had a deluxe room with plenty of space.

This hotel is gorgeous! It's in a central location, across from a mercato and steps to the Piazza del Popolo. There is a wonderful on-site restaurant and cafe. The breakfast offerings were also good. We had a wonderful large room with a totally modern bathroom and gorgeous original 16th centry ceiling and frescos as well as a beautiful venetial glass chandelier. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

The hotel and restaurant would be outstanding even if it wasn’t a UNESCO Heritage site. The facilities, staff and restaurant were superb. The location was central in Ravenna which was ideal for touring and seeing the highlights of the city. Everything was within walking distance.
