Caney Acres offers a spacious and comfortable place for families, couples, or friends who want a place to relax, reconnect, and still enjoy all the comforts of home.

Each bedroom features a king-size bed, and the sunroom includes a queen sleeper sofa.

There’s also room for air mattresses if needed for children—two twin air mattresses or a portable playpen are available upon advance request.

That means sleeping space for 6 in beds and 2 children on air mattresses.

Enjoy meals together at the dining table or kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, bowls, and platters—plus some paper and plastic options for convenience. Need something special? Just ask—we may have it available!

A regular coffee pot and Keurig are provided, along with starter coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. You’ll also find a full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker.

The deck overlooks our private lake—accessible from the driveway or through the sunroom.
Additional seating areas are located near the carport and grill, as well as just outside the main bathroom door.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, with Roku streaming on two TVs and HDMI cables ready for use. You’ll also find books and games in the dining area and sunroom for inside time.

Covered parking for one vehicle in the carport, plus additional parking in the drive and a circle area leading up to the house for trucks or boat trailers. A convenient electrical outlet is located near the parking area for charging boat batteries.

Catch-and-release fishing is available for those who want to enjoy a little quiet time by the water. Bring your favorite tackle.

We offer a fenced “country dog yard” next to the carport and grill—check out the photos in our listing for more details. It’s understood the dogs are friendly, house-trained, and current on vaccinations and flea prevention. Dog owners agree to follow all house rules regarding pets. If you plan to bring a dog(s), a separate email will follow with expectations and guidelines.

By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the natural risks that come with our peaceful country setting—such as outdoor surfaces, stairs to the deck, nearby water, and encounters with wildlife or nature. Children must be supervised at all times.
