You get what you pay for. For the price, it was fine, but not great. It was not very clean and the breakfast was not great at all, but again, also had a reasonable price.

This was the first time I have had to deal with a front desk that was annoyed that I asked for a handicap room, a change from a second floor room to the first. Because of stairs and no elevator, I got placed in the second to the last room away from the front. Partially furnished room. You get what you pay for!

Easy check-in, but was told the water would be shut off for 15 minutes - it has now been 2 and a half hours and no water yet. Went and asked and was told 11, but that time has passed. The AC was not on in my room - and it was very hot today, so my room is still stuffy and hot after running it this whole time. Shower is old and just not nice. The bed, furniture and lights have been updated so that part is nice. Staff has all been very nice, however am told they cannot offer me a refund or discount - even though there is literally no water here.

Poor service, decent stay

We got to our hotel to check in around 10pm. We were waiting at the front desk with another person waiting to check in for about 10 minutes before someone showed up. The person checking us into our room was texting on his cell phone and had an earbud in. He made no effort to make conversation and did the bare minimum to check us in. The breakfast in the morning was decent- mostly grab and go items. The only other downfall we had was our door wouldn’t unlock with the key. We had to try multiple times to open the door and only got it to work once, so if we left the room we left the door propped open.

Room was clean and had a nice appearance. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the bathroom sink. Other than that it was a nice stay. Would use them again.

You get what you pay for. The room was ok, few bugs and need of some repairs. Our door did not lock and the toilet felt like it would fall over if you moved while on it. The staff was very friendly and nice!
