Cama muito desconfortável no quarto 09. Impossível de dormir. Barulhenta, com um plástico de protetor, plásticos desconfortáveis cobrindo o travesseiro. Ao pedir um ovo frito pois não como ovo mexido devido à lactose da manteiga me foi informado que não faziam. As luzes do quarto eram muito fracas, só dava pra ver algo no quarto com lanterna do celular. O ar condicionado era bom. O atendimento no check in foi extremamente grosseiro. Foi solicitado um cobertor extra e nos foi informado que a rouparia estava fechada e não tinham como pegar.

Pousada com padrão de hotel

Fomos passar o reveillon em porto de galinhas e a estadinha da pousada vivenda dos corais foi excepcional. Como há um hotel anexo a pousada, o atendimento, limpeza e quarto são padrões de hotel, mesmo sendo uma pousada. Café da manhã muito completo, com variedades. Refeições a la carte muito saborosas. Como passamos a virada do ano la, ainda ganhamos um espumante! Atendimento e atenção do hospedes impecáveis, recomendo!

Hospedagem trágica

Quando chegamos no hotel, percebemos que são 3 “hotéis” em 1. Perguntei se havia diferença na categoria e informaram que não. Estou grávida e precisava de conforto. Passamos a primeira noite em claro, cama extremamente desconfortável, colchão muito duro, lençóis com cheiro de mofo, acústica do quarto péssima, conseguíamos escutar tudo o que falavam no térreo. E pra completar durante a noite, tentaram abrir varias vezes a porta do quarto por engano. Enfim, foi trágico! No dia seguinte, descobri que as categorias dos “hotéis” são diferentes e pra não estragar o aniversário do marido, fizemos a troca do hotel pagando diferença no valor de balcão, o que tbm achei um absurdo.

Localização muito boa, contudo, deixou a desejar em relação a higiene. Encontramos uma barata no banheiro e muriçocas.

Parte do quarto nao tem ar condicionado!

O quarto é dividido em duas partes e apenas uma delas tem ar condicionado! Paguei por um quarto triplo com ar e levei um duplo com ar e um single insuportavelmente quente! Cobram por toalhas e travesseiros extras. Os petiscos da pousada sao encharcados de gordura e pouco. Cervaja sempre quente!

O hotel tem uma área externa muito boa, confortável, organizada, de bom gosto, porém, os quartos são minúsculos. Como se trata de uma pousada de praia isso não seria um problema se não fosse a informação pouco clara sobre a questão do ar-condicionado: fiz uma reserva para um apto com dois quartos, achando que ambos tinham ar-condicionado, porém, ao chegar no apto apenas um quarto tinha ar-condicionado! Esse "detalhe" não está claro na reserva, e até mesmo as fotos mostram quartos com aparelhos de ar-condicionado nos dois cômodos. Embora o local seja ventilado, ao fechar portas e janelas, em um ambiente minúsculo, um dos quartos vira uma sauna! Destaco como ponto muito positivo a limpeza dos quartos e da pousada em geral. O café da manhã e as refeições em geral são gostosas e o preço é justo. Os funcionários têm boa vontade e são gentis, embora se perceba que alguns são meio "perdidos".
