The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate.

O quarto estava muito bem limpo, gostaria inclusive de destacar e elogiar o trabalho da camareira — a organização, principalmente das toalhas, estava impecável. O café da manhã é bom, atende bem, embora pudesse ter um pouco mais de variedade. A estrutura do hotel, por outro lado, deixa a desejar: há pontos com infiltração e, no geral, o ambiente transmite um aspecto mais antigo. Em relação à equipe, todos foram extremamente educados e atenciosos, o que faz bastante diferença na experiência.

A equipe de funcionários é excelente, todos são muito atenciosos! O hotel é bem antigo e tem problemas com o sinal de internet, que não pega em todos os andares, mas eles informaram que estavam passando por uma troca de provedor e que isso seria resolvido. A localização é muito boa para quem vai fazer alguma programação pelo centro de Recife. Recomendo para estadias curtas ou em que não se pretenda passar muito tempo no hotel.

Já me hospedei duas vezes e pretendo voltar. Sempre vou em viagens curtas, mas sempre fui bem atendida. Só não foi cômodo desta vez que era duas camas de solteiro juntas pra fazer a de casal 😅... Hotel razoável pelo preço da diária, porém, o estacionamento é pago à parte e isso não ficou muito claro na reserva. Descobri isso no local, além disso, o estacionamento não é no prédio e embora haja manobrista para estacionar e buscar o carro dos hóspedes, esse processo pode ser demorado caso haja um fluxo grande de pessoas num mesmo momento.
