You can tell the hotel used to be beautiful at one time the pool and garden area is absolutely a really cool feature. The decor in the hotel is very outdated, which is fine for the downtown and the older part of the hotel. The breakfast is absolutely terrible terrible run terrible managed. If you are looking forward to a hot breakfast I recommend you do not ever stay at this hotel.

Picked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub area. And hope tub was cold, even after reporting it to front desk she sad she’ll get maintenance on it right away and it’ll take about an hour. Hour and a half later it was still cold no change at all

We've stayed here before and I've reviewed it before so I'll keep this short. This was our third stay. We love the courtyard level rooms so we can walk right out to the pool and the hot tub. The staff is always welcoming and the room is always clean. Breakfast is basic, but there's something for everyone and the staff at breakfast is helpful and pleasant. We've enjoyed finding this spot and will often chose it when in town for appointments

Don't waste you money. The "spa" tub is just a hole in the floor with nowhere to sit. You just stand there in luke warm water. We were not happy with the room and tried to check out after 1 night but was not given a refund only half off for the night. Was so unhappy with the place we still left even after the night was oaid for. Definity lots of nice hotels in Red Deer. Fimd one of them!

Perfect for families

Went for the bull riding event plus a hockey tournament with my family and cousin. For the first time ever, a hotel was able to accommodate us with a joined room! It felt nice not having to walk out into the hallway just to speak to my parents in the room next door haha The beds were so comfortable and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Free buffet style breakfast was good, it would be nice to see potato options as well. The elevator was a bit small, we had to take two trips with the hockey bag. I didn’t have a chance to view the pool but I hope on the next visit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
