Worst stay ever.

Worst stay ever in my life. I expected cheap but this was ridiculous. Broken furniture, dirty and appliances are from a thrifty shop. The coffee maker didn't even match the pot. A small human could fit in the tiny shower with mold but not an average person.

Booked the family suite with 3 rooms super spacious. The mattresses were a little firm and a few lights didn’t have light bulbs but overall a great stay will book again.

I liked that they had green space and a BBQ( I didn’t know it was for guest use till afterwards). There parking was suitable. Friendly welcoming staff. The check in process once I arrived was a bit confusing to learn they were going cancel my room and it was not even check in time. However it was figured out and the staff were great.

The staff member on-site was wonderful. The accommodations were clean. The beds however were very uncomfortable and for the price to stay some upgrades would be beneficial.

This location is fantastic! However other guests staying at the hotel were loud/screaming profanities at each other, people were walking around intoxicated in the parking lot. It isn't somewhere we would stay with our child again.

We left this property and did not stay due to unsanitary conditions. This place smelled so bad. My wife has allergies to mold, cats and pollens. As soon as we walked in she was gaging. We had to leave, asked for a refund and all we got back was $20. I can’t stress how disappointed we ate. We had to get another hotel in Red Deer ab. You need to do a health check on this place. We want our money back.

Dated, dingy, room smelled badly of smoke, noisy, curtains were sheer - had to hang a blanket up. Front desk staff offered no discount after advising them the room smelled terribly of smoke. Not worth even half what we paid.
