Waterside was excellent! Staff as amazing and most helpful. The sofa bed was old and worn out. Uncomfortable for sitting on and sleeping in. The glass in the fireplace was dirty and closet door off its tracks. Overall okay but I understand some of the rooms have been renovated, ours was not.

My wife & I arrived around 3:00 pm. Reception staff were very very friendly professional & sincere explained all procedure in few min. answered all our questions about places to visit near by restaurants......Room is very spacious, clean & tidy. Bathroom very clean Breakfast was great. We will be back & recommend this hotel to our friends.

Gods breakfast and excellent service. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our grandson loves the pool. Have made this our go to place to stay when visiting our family

Good enough!

The dead bolt lock did not work and I was charged more than I booked for so that was disappointing. Beds were made and towels refreshed daily but not the coffee. Room was comfortable!
