We were pulling a trailer behind our rig, during the night, there was an attempted break in. The locks on the man door of the trailer were beaten and warped. There had been a rough looking group hanging around the front door when we arrived- smoking what clearly smelled of marijuana. One tried to come in and charge his phone and was told to leave since he was not a patron. Unfortunate that that type is allowed to hang around the premises and cause trouble.

I was frustrate with a phone call I received from the hotel the evening of my booking. A hotel representative called at 7:00pm to see if I was coming, which I confirmed. She then asked when I was coming? When I told her I was not sure as I was watching my daughter’s sport she pushed further on a time asking if it would been by 9:00. I responded sure, she then asked me where I was, which I told her. She commented okay, well that is not far away. This was very inappropriate and I will not stay here in the future.

The staff were all very great it was a great experience amazing breakfast, the only thing that me and my wife particularly didn’t like was it was very noisy having a room over looking the pool, im just giving this as a suggestion/request please make sure you dont give a single couple a room that over looks the pool. it is a little disturbing when trying to have a quiet retreat. i give it 5 stars because its not like someone forced me to stay there. i didn’t say anything about it at the time but i would like to give honest feed back so maybe it will help you out with future travellers and their comfort
