Great staff and service but expensive.

This is a nice hotel with amazing staff. I have to mention that the price is much too high and please change the alarm clocks to something made in the past 15 years. The old 14 pin style ipod connections are a bit dated. lol. But honestly, the service and staff were amazing. I understand that it’s industry that drives up these prices but it’s still crazy they are so expensive.

Nice place

House keeping didn't come to the room till around 5 pm which is a little late to bother. I was surprised when I returned to my room at 3 that they hadn't been there yet. The tissues in the room were 1-ply I'm sure so they were not very nice. Otherwise, the room was nice. It was large, with an easy chair and desk and everything was clean and well maintained.

This is a convenient location for a quiet stay in and/or around the Red Deer Alberta area. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Great personalities of small town living. The room I had was upgraded to a bigger size at my request without hesitation. There is a beautiful large gym area and a sauna and hottub ondite. The only downside was a dysfunctional elevator. Its only 3 gloors and the elevator was repaired by the end of my 1 week stay.
