The place looked like it hasn’t been renovated in 30 years. Carpets were stained, couch had scratches in it from an animal of some kind. We left the hotel without sleeping there. They did not give us our money back.

The hair dryer was broken and had to get one from the front desk each day, the TV initially did not work. We also requested room service and didnt get it, even when we had reported that we needed clean towels. The staff was very friendly, but not sure they were staffed adequately. The pool, hot tub and slide were a bonus.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Kids enjoys the pool but it is very slippery in there by the chairs and i seen many people fall while we were there. And the way they do breakfast is kind of sucks having multiple kids they are miserable waiting for there food to be done one at a time
