The staff was very uninviting, first off the alarm clock in the next room went off for 3 hours. When I said something they didn’t even check what the noise was. The pool was labeled 4 feet deep but it wasn’t, my kids kept tripping on a damaged step. Midnight the front staff called us twice because the people before us forgot a fire stick remote in the room. Made us feel the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and woke our kids up. The record everything you have for breakfast which was odd but whatever. Then checkout came, they didn’t do it I didn’t get the email receipt I had to call. The deposit wasn’t reissued untill I called. I asked for a discount because of the midnight wake up and he didn’t even let me talk just talked over me just I gave up on that. If you are looking for a relaxing time this is not it! Only positive I’ll give it is that there was restaurants near by that’s it. Will never be back

Loud road when facing highway so children woke up early, our toilet was broken 2nd day, and would prefer to be able to serve ourselves at breakfast (except for the waffles perhaps). Staff was really nice and helpful. Great water slide.

The hotel was old and rundown. The pool was small and not very deep. We could not use the wifi because it just kept kicking us off it and the tv had no little kid channel like treehouse. Parking at the hotel was nonexistent. We had to park in the Tim Hortons parking lot. Whenever you went to the front desk to ask for help they would just tell you that they would talk to there gm about it. But nothing ever got fixed or done about anything.

Great Stay for a Night!

Homeless people hanging around the hotel causing a disturbance. The breakfast wasn’t organized. Not much food and you had to wait to be served waffles. Too way too much time. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better and renovated. The pool was dirty.

Old, outdated and not well maintained. Baseboards and cabinet doors were not fitting properly all over hotel. Breakfast was the same every day. Bland tasting food, and not able to serve yourself, but had to stand in line. Only 2 luggage carts for whole hotel, had to haul our bags. Pool was smal and hot tub is miniature. Felt like a hotel that was purchased at auction and they decided not to upgrade so as to save money. I would not book here again.
