We did not have housekeeping come by even once to change out our garbage. We had no coffee other than one pod of decaf and decaf tea. We were staying for our daughter’s tournament in Lacombe. Early mornings and all with no coffee. The front desk tried to help us but said all out if everything. That’s a shame with a hotel room that costs as much as a good hotel. The sunk in the bathroom leaked. We could hear the pipes like they were bursting in our room every time a neighbor ran the water. This is shameful when you are only occupied because of sports tournaments. We stay in a lot of hotels and that is the worst over the years. Pillowcases had stains and smelled stale. Just overall terrible and a true 2*.

Room was very dirty. Blood on pillow case, trash under sheet (pringles can lid under my sheet). Way too much hair on and in the bed as well as the pillow case to convince me the sheets were changed since the last person. My wife and daughter refused to shower as the tub looked filthy. Breakfast was awkward, you can’t get anything yourself. No control over portions and have to wait in line to get anything. Unfortunately I paid $30 more to stay there than my first choice to be with my kids team.

The reason for the 3 star is that the hotel really needs a renovation. The room is clean but very out dated and old. Definitely time for a new coat of paint and floorings. The front desk, housekeeping team to breakfast room were all friendly and helpful. For the price, I am sure we could had found somewhere newer but everywhere was booked during the tournament weekend.

Clean hotel, bad was great. Could use some TLC, there was a crack in the sink, wood handles in the elevator is worn and a few other things that could be quickly fixed. Staff was lovely, breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. For the price I would stay here again.

When we arrived at 730 pm our room disgusting and dirt and sludge in bathtub, what looked like dirty fingers and boogers on the door of bathroom, the girl on the desk was very kind and upgraded up to an executive room, but the pull out bed for kids was terrible and old bumpy cot also terrible. Breakfast was great very kind server both mornings and then upon check out the maybe Spanish lady very rude and impatient because I chose to pay with cash then annoyed and disrespectful when I asked that the receipt show that I paid with cash and even yelled when I asked for a new copy with correct payment method. Not a hotel I would stay at ever again.
