Hotel was easy to get to from the main highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the kids had a blast in the pool and on the slide. It was clean and I felt safe staying there.

I have booked room according to the pictures that were posted on Expedia website. King size room with the sofa bed and it had two rooms(on the picture). What we got was “King size room with the sofa bed” all one room. When I realized that the pictures don’t match what we got, I went to talk to the front desk person. They explained that I have booked that room not the Kind size bed suite! They were not responsible for the misinterpretation of the Expedia website. I have reached out to Expedia customer service, which is text messaging service, and I have got the information that they used only the pictures that were provided by the Ramada hotel. Who’s wrong or who’s right? No one took responsibility. I made suggestion to the CSR that someone should take time and actually make sure that pictures are relevant to the description of the rooms they are selling. I was offered small amount of points towards my next booking, as a courtesy and compensation for the trouble they caused. It was not one night sleep and the rooms made difference in my decision to stay at the Ramada.

Very affordable, family-friendly, the water slide for kids made them want to go back to this hotel, and the staff is exceptionally awesome, accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Rabab! You are the best!

The room was spacious, and we slept comfortably for three children and two adults. The downside was that when we checked in, it smelled of cigarettes, and they didn't have another room, so we had to open the window to air it out. Breakfast was decent, with few options that day. There were a lot of guests, and it took more than 10 minutes to get a waffle. All in all, it's a relatively cheap hotel, so you can't ask for much.
