Riverbend #1 Full - Resort on the River

Riverbend Townhouse #1 “Hummerhaven” is a four-bedroom unit located on the river that can sleep up to 10. This combines both the #1A and #1E units which can be rented separately.



The front door of the “A” unit opens to a stairway leading up to the 2nd floor where there are two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bath (tub/shower) in the hallway.



The main living area and full-sized kitchen are located on the 3rd level where you can warm up to the wood burning fireplace. There is a flat-screen smart Tv for your entertainment. By the dining area, a patio door opens to a private balcony with beautiful views of the mountains! On this level, there is a bathroom with a shower, as well.

From here the stairs lead up to a loft that overlooks the living area below. In the loft, there are two queen beds.

Part of this rental includes the “E” (efficiency) unit on the ground floor. This unit has its own kitchen, full bath (tub/shower), and king size bed. The “E” unit also has a private entrance.



The Riverbends are 5-6 blocks from the main ski area and are also on the route of the Red River Miner trolley. This property does have high speed wifi. No washer/dryer.

**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.



No pets. Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature. Please leave temperature on heater at 55 degrees before leaving property.

Riverbend #1 Full - Resort on the River offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
