The over all stay was great. When the rain and snow arrived our window leaked; I wiped up the moisture and told the front desk about it and they sent up maintenance person came and checked it. Also we found the room quite cold had to turn up the thermostat quite high to get the room warm. The staff we delete with were all great. The older gentleman that worked Oct 13 evening in the lounge was great sorry I can not remember his name.

The hotel is great and full of history. Staff are very good. Only issue we had was our room had an adjoining door and the occupants consisted of someone getting married so there was quite a bit of noise. We coped though and the room we had was great.

Nice hotel overall. Stayed in a Queen suite and in order to stand in front on the bathroom sink, the door had to be closed, way too small a space for me. Great food and check in was fast and easy.

It was fantastic! We stayed in a suite for our 17th anniversary and the front desk lady even had a plate of treats sent up for us. Strawberries and Macaroon cookies. Such a fantastic evening!

Booked the room with breakfast. When I checked out I was charged breakfast. I called 3 times and still haven’t gotten my refund. Room was nice. Hotel was nice. Outside the hotel was dangerous. Lots of people asking for money. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price. Especially being charged twice for a buffet that was just meh.

They upgraded to the Royal Suite which was beyond anything we have had before. Just like in the movies. Only issue was the shower pipe came out of the wall when we turned on the shower so no shower. Fix that and then 5 out of 5.
