The Palms community is very convenient to almost all local attractions. Conveniently located West of Route 1 in Rehoboth across the street from outlet shopping, and less than a mile from JUNGLE JIM'S water park. There is a DART shuttle bus stop at the entrance to the development, which provides transportation to the beach, movie theaters, outlets, and many other locations. The cost is $2.10 for adults and FREE for children, and you won't have have to worry about parking in town. Shuttles depart every 15-20 minutes to most locations and run from early morning until late evening. It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Rehoboth, the beach and boardwalk.

The Palms is also a short drive from other beaches including Lewes, Bethany and Dewey. Where you can enjoy other great attractions of the area, such as Tower Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, restaurants, bars, water parks, and go carts.

Great Stay!

Super clean and spacious —honestly it’s nicer in person than pictures. Everyone loved the place. Bunch of toys and games for the kids (we had 4, 5, 9 and 11 yr olds with us) and right by the community pool (also super clean and well kept). Centrally located right by the shops and there are restaurants everywhere. Best part was the Dart bus stop right out front… kids are free, we bought the weekly 16 pass per adult as we went in the morning and back, then sometimes back at night..def got our moneys worth there. Super convenient. Thank you! Loved it all!

Great For Families with young kids!

Our stay was wonderful. It was nice being close to the shops and a short walk to the pool. We had 4 children 4 years old and under. They loved the toys that were at the house. The layout was perfect for family time in the evenings. It was nice to feel like we were in a home away from home!
