PARKING: One City of Rehoboth Beach parking permit is provided for guest use.

Nice location but disappointing

Listing was unclear…said one bedroom but none and no bed, only a full sleep sofa (fairly comfortable though), dirty dishes in cabinet, private porch area was filthy, hard to figure out where our unit was on the property, pathway should have been blown, outrageous fees, some duplicated nearly doubled price, app to complain did not work, complicated TV with no instructions.

Last minute late summer getaway

Enjoyed the stay very much. Received a lot of emails from the property management company, which made it hard to find information quickly. However, they have excellent customer service by phone.
