Tervetuloa Residences at Lighthouse Cove -kadulle, joka sijaitsee uuden Hyatt Place -hotellin yläpuolella Dewey Beachissä, Delaware. Nauti laajoista näkymistä Rehobothin lahdelle ja Atlantin valtamerelle tässä ylellisessä kahden makuuhuoneen kattohuoneistossa.
Residences Lighthouse Cove -kattohuoneistoyksikkö 408- Tämä osakehuoneisto on täydellinen rannalomailuun ja ympäri vuoden rentoutumiseen. Keittiössä on 2000-luvun mukavuudet, kuten ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, päivitetyt työtasot ja erityisen suuri pesuallas, jossa on alasveto ruiskutushana. Ylellisessä makuuhuoneessa on ylimitoitettu oma kylpyhuone vieressä makuuhuoneessa, räätälöity laatta suihku ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus nieluja. Viehättävässä huoneessa on monipuolinen Twin / Full-järjestely. "Jack-and-Jill" -kylpyhuoneessa on iso kylpyamme ja mukautettu laatta koko alueella. Kattohuoneiston painopiste on tilava olo / ruokailutila, mukavat, istuimet perheelle ja vieraille. Asumisessa on myös ulosvedettävä sohva ylimääräisiä nukkumistarpeita varten. Tässä kattohuoneistossa on oma terassi lisäsi nautintoa varten, mikä pidentää elämäsi ja viihdyttäväsi tilaa. Astu liukuovien ulkopuolelle omalle terassillesi nauttiaksesi lasillisen viiniä ja katselemalla Rehoboth-lahtiä ja sen upeaa näkymää. Aivan oman terassisi takana on laaja Plaza Courtyard, yksityinen yhteinen tila, joka on tarkoitettu vain Residences-vieraille. Näköala terassille on ulkouima-allas, joka on yksinomainen The Residences -hotellin vieraille. Plazasta voit katsella auringonlaskua yhteisöltä tulevasta kuopasta ja BBQ-grillialueelta tai vain rentoutua ja nauttia Dewey Beachistä ja upeasta puolivälissä sijaitsevasta Atlantin rannikosta korkealla rannalla olevien väkijoukkojen yläpuolella, hiljattain rakennetun vesisuihkulähteen virtaavilla äänillä. Amazing Spot for a family!

Tania’s place is amazing! You can’t be the location, you have the ocean a block away and the bay only a couple of feet away. Plus you have two restaurants on the water that might as well be in your back yard. The apartment is perfect for all your family needs, clean and comfortable. With an amazing view on the back patio and 20 steps from the pool. We stayed with a 3 month old and 2.5 year old and loved that we could use the inside pool as well. Yes you have two pools the bay and the ocean all right there. There is nice size beach right at the bay where you can swim. A great spot for sure. Also if you’re worried about the music from the restaurants we never heard it at all even sitting on the back patio. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Great location Great facilities Only issue was the beds and furniture….need updated or changed Main bedroom has a full/ double bed and not a Queen as indicated and is very uncomfortable at best. The living room couch is also very uncomfortable. Ended up. Sitting outside on the beautiful patio area just to be comfortable. Other than the beds and furniture it was a wonderful stay

Perfect location, wonderful beach break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and took full advantage of nearby beach access, the pool, and the firepit. The property was just as described, very clean, and comfortable. Just wish we could stay longer!

Amazing stay

My family and I stayed for a week and had a great time. The beds were comfortable and place was clean and you can’t beat the location. Everything was amazing. We couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work but we worked around it. I would definitely stay there again.

Penthouse experience

The location was outstanding and the condo was very clean. The kitchen was awesome. We enjoyed our stay very much, except for the mattresses in the second bedroom. Mattress in the children's bedroom had coils and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Would recommend new mattresses in that room, above and below given the very high price you are paying.

Wonderful Condo, very comfortable

We couldn’t ask for a better host, Tania was very responsive, always responded to any questions we had very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. The condo was very clean and beautiful. It was very spacious so there was plenty of room inside making it very comfortable to stay in. The fact this condo had a patio versus a balcony made it so spacious to move around outside and enjoy the unobstructed view of the wonderful pool and the bay. Having direct access to the grills, fire pit and extra seating was perfect! Also the location in Dewey is great and having The Lighthouse bar/restaurant right downstairs was very convenient.

Long Weekend

A lot of awesome things about this property. The ability to park in the garage was great and having a pool for afternoon post ocean swims was great for the kids. There was really easy access to the bay as well for the kids to play there too. We had 3 adults and 3 kids so the room with the trundle bunk bed was perfect for our kids. Only down side was the pull out sleeper sofa. It was not comfortable but 100% do-able for my wife & I on a long weekend. (grandma got the big room lol).

Excellent place and location

The condo was very clean and the description is accurate. What a location! Take a step out the slider door and you are overlooking the pool and the bay. Another renter asked what room we were in because she wanted to rent the condo next time. At the base of the building is the Lighthouse restaurant and the Rusty Rudder is steps away. Across the main road is Nalu and down a half mile are the Starboard, Starboard Raw, and Starboard Claw. Tania communicated in advance and then made sure we got in okay. Thank you Tania.

My family and I visited for five days and wish we could’ve done longer. The property is beautiful and well kept. The convenience of the washer and dryer in the room was great. Especially with littles. We have a 3 and 7 year old. The access to the pool was exceptional. My kids loved it. Also, it stayed fairly warm sitting under the sun all day and not under the shadow of a high rise. The indoor pool is heated! We also brought our miniature Bernedoodle. The kids loved having him on our vacation. First time ever. He too got to experience the beach which is just a block away. We’d definitely come back.

Family stay 7/10 - 7/15 2023

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. A block from the beach, and everything you could ask for. Located right in the heart of Dewey. Really nice decor, a great common area with grills and fire pits, terrific outdoor pool, great kitchen and living areas. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dewey Beach.

Steps from outdoor pool

The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. There were many restaurants within walking distance. It was one floor up from the pool level but we could easily get to the pool via a set of outdoor steps. This wasn't obvious from the photos. The walk to the beach was short and easy even when we were carrying chairs, bags, etc.

Amazing experience

Tania was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to every question I had during my stay. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and just as advertised. The parking garage ceiling was a bit low on The Residences parking area (due to low hanging pipes) so be aware if you have any cargo on the top of your vehicle as we did. The patio outside the condo has plentiful seating, community grills and firepits. We utilized all of these amenities as well as the outdoor pool. We did have access to the indoor pool, but did not have a need for it since the weather was perfect for a beach day and lounging by the outdoor pool. The beach is just a quick walk down the block, and the bay is accessible from the other side of the outdoor pool. We found Dewey Beach to be beautifully maintained with friendly people. Food and shops are all within walking distance, and the Tanger Outlets and shopping experiences are only a short drive towards Rehoboth. Our favorite food place was The Lighthouse located on the bayside of the property (Highly recommend the crab cakes). We also ordered pizza from Starboard Sauced and it was deliciously full of little grease cup pepperoni. Our favorite shop was DB Convenience, the owner and employee were friendly and provided a wonderful experience. You will not be disappointed with your stay or the experience of the town of Dewey Beach. We will definitely be returning, and will not think twice about using Tania for our stay again.

Great location and amenities

Location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of places to eat and shop. Short drive to everything you would need. Amenities are nice with private pool and seating areas for residences. Worth the money!
