The company you recommended to rent the towels and linen from were expensive and unreliable. I had to cancel the order because we found out the delivery would take 3 days, ridiculous for a local company, this made the service unnecessary. Therefore, we had to find a store to buy towels so we could bathe!!! If one decides to cancel their order from Shore Easy Linen rental company, their policy is to reimburse you by check within 4 weeks! I had to file a dispute through my credit card company to ensure reimbursement.Bottom line I would NOT rent from this owner again. I felt unwelcome: 1) no linen or towels2) could not depend on using the elevator to get my 90 y/o aunt & disabled vet up/down 3 flights of stairs daily.3)There was a hand written sign, "Renters cover the expense of elevator repairs", is telling enough. None of this was noted in the pictures or rental agreement. They should have insurance to cover those general use repairs. Actually, I felt like we would have to pay for anything in the house that broke from general use: dishwasher, refrigerator, heaters, etc.Here are a few pictures from the property that should give you a rethink of how you manage your property and provide better customer service.
