The main room offers a comfortable single bed (120x190 cm) and a functional workspace with a desk and storage space to help you organise your days or work remotely efficiently. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a table with two chairs, allows you to prepare your meals independently. The modern bathroom, with shower, sink, toilet and storage space, completes the comfort of the accommodation and makes your daily life easier.
The quiet student residence has common areas, including a coin-operated laundry room (washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing equipment) and bicycle parking for added convenience.
The studio is ideally located for exploring Reims. Public transport is nearby: bus stop 160 metres away, tram 600 metres away and Franchet d'Esperey TER train station 800 metres away. The railway line is also located near the residence. Trains can occasionally be heard during the day, but there is no traffic at night. Champagne Ardennes train station is 11 minutes away by car or 18 minutes by public transport, and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport is 1 hour away. The historic centre, with Notre-Dame Cathedral, the former Saint-Remi Abbey and Place Royale, as well as the great Champagne houses and local gastronomy, are just a few minutes away.
