Great property, very clean and spacious for the 2 of us. Had everything we needed for our stay with clear and easy to follow instructions to get into the apartment.Great location only 10 minutes walk from the main train station and easy access to all activities, restaurants & attractions in Reims itself. Around 25 - 40 minutes walk to the likes of Pommery, Tattinger, Verve Clique.Tram stop very close by, main bus stops about 4 minutes walk away. Even with the tram stop being close, it was a really quiet location and we weren’t disturbed once despite the bedrooms being on the street side of the apartment.Only very, very slight downside for us both was the location of the apartment on the 2nd Floor - we had overpacked as we were going onto another location so it was a bit of a struggle to lug our suitcases up the stairs so bear that in mind when staying there, but it really shouldn’t put you off. We are 2 reasonably fit 60 year olds

Appartement spacieux et en centre villePropre. Par contre l’immeuble est en très mauvais état, à notre arrivée il y avait des sdf en bas, la cage d’escalier est très sombre, nous avons hésité à entrer.C’est TRÈS bruyant : un samedi soir impossible de dormir, des cris dans la rue et dans l’immeuble jusqu’à 5 heures du matin. Nous en avons fait part au propriétaire

Great LOCATION! Very responsive host, would only recommend better pillows and towels. Needs real bed pillows, and all furniture is covered in plastic. But otherwise a fantastic value!

Appart très bien placé mais bruyant

Bonne communication, appartement propre et bien décoré. Appartement bien placé.Cependant c’est assez bruyant:on entend fortement les voisins, la ventilation sur toit face à la cuisine et la rue (Tram et les passants la nuit).
