The internal fire is still operational. We raise the chimney in June and place a table across.
Take a long breath come rain or shine its just beautiful here. It really doesnt matter if it rains here. We have erected a new marquee to sit under.
This is a private facility and only you will be using everything we have to offer.

Within the 10.5 K metres of grounds the birds are singing loudly and nesting all over the garden.
The frogs are awake.
Nature is buzzing and the wilderness is blooming. This year we have an influx of bees visiting from next doors hives. We have left wilding spots and they are now doing their jobs.

There are many events and festivals in the local area. We are on the main cycling route for spectacles such as races and classic vehicle drive bys.

We introduced the Kota Cabin in July 2022. So far we have received wonderful feedback from over 1000 guests and over 300 pets ( we have even hosted a visiting parrot )
The environment changes with each season. In the cooler months the cabin is all about romance , isolation , peace and quiet. The internal grill is used as a fire to cook from.

In the warmer months, we lift the internal chimney, put a table across the grill. Your visit then becomes all about the surroundings such as flowers, nature, weather, swimming in the lake , fishing or playing on the boat or with a number of outdoor games we provide.

There are a number of BBQs dotted about ; A pizza oven; A paella dish is available to use on request. We supply the fuel to these.

Sleeping arrangements involve a double futon bed ( walk on ) with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. There are 2 single beds that pop up. All in all the cabin sleeps 4 adults comfortably. However , if there is a group of more than 4 we are happy for you to camp for a small additional fee as long as it is a part of te same group.

Bedding and towels are provided.

There is a fully functional shower room with toilet. There is a fully functional outdoor kitchen. Everything is in miniature - so small fridge and small oven etc..

This is walking and cycling country. It is a beautiful place to be and we consider ourselves very lucky.
St Just and the Megaliths is a 3km walk.
La Gacilly is just a 15 minute car journey and is very artsy.
The local towns are Redon and Pipriac ( both around 10kms)
Rennes is around a 40 minute car journey and Nantes is 1 hour away.
For a re connect with nature and to get away from your normal hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place for you.
