Located only a few hundred meters from the sandy shores, this bright and spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests with its three lovely bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The unique, playful layout and large windows flood every room with beautiful natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for families and those looking for peace and tranquility, this villa offers a serene escape.

The property is located in a park with a family-friendly character. Unfortunately, we do not receive groups of young people in this accommodation, and parties and events are not allowed.

The hall leads into the spacious living room, characterized by its high ceiling, beautiful wooden beams, and huge windows. The living room is spacious but cozy, with natural materials and warm furnishings. A comfortable sitting area has been created near the television, with a spacious corner sofa, separate armchair, and practical coffee tables. The center point of the living room is the staircase to the second floor between the living and dining areas. The spacious dining table with seating for six has comfortable chairs. The entire living room boasts a view of the spacious garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, and kettle. 

The stairs in the living room lead to the second floor, where two of the three bedrooms are located. These two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), bedside tables, and a closet. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, sink, and towel radiator. There is also a separate toilet. 

The third bedroom is on the first floor. This bedroom also has two single beds (80 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower. The entire first floor, including the bedroom and bathroom, is equipped with underfloor heating. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. 

The living room leads onto the partially covered terrace (16 m2). The garden (300 m2) is completely enclosed, allowing even small children to play outside to their heart's content. There is a lovely garden set and two lounge beds to relax and enjoy the outdoors. 

The house has a washer and dryer for added convenience; after a long day at the beach, you can refresh your towels and swimwear for the next day. 

If you are staying with small children, the house also has a crib and high chair available. The driveway offers room to park two cars. Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.

Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
