Great hotel

This was the best hotel overall, we just love it. It is a kind of new hotel, it has lots of space for parking, very well located with a very nice restaurant called THE TWO CHICKS owhat a great place!

Nice pet friendly hotel/motel

Nice pet friendly hotel/motel with in a good location near shopping, restaurants and the airport. Very reasonable pet fee. Comfy beds. Good room decor. Just need warm color lighting at the bed side. The room was all white lights like a hospital or office. Bring your own bulbs… good breakfast spot on premises.

A good pet friendly motel near downtown Reno

Just an overnight stay on our way home to Danville, CA from Denver. The Aiden motel met my daughter's and my expectations. It was located close to the freeway and a couple of good coffee/breakfast places were nearby. The staff was friendly and nice and our room had everything we needed.

Great room at a great price

This hotel is such a great deal. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but they're not the worst. The rooms are updated and the property is nicely maintained. It's located in a central part of Reno. The price for the quality of the room can't be beat.

Good place to stop if you have pets

Our stay was good except that there wasn't any shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. There was about it 2 inch square of soap supposedly to use for the shower. We had our pet with us. Was required to sign a waiver saying we couldn't leave him that's for we could not go to breakfast in the morning.

It was clean and quiet. However the pool closes at 8:00pm. There was no housekeeping, if we needed anything we had to go ask for it.The soap dispensers in the shower were still there but empty with small bottles to use but no shelf or anywhere to put them. Just seemed off that there was no option for housekeeping whatsoever and the pool closing at 8:00pm, it's still light and warm at that time.

Check in was a breeze. Only issues i really had the TV was not working correctly. There are issues with the darker pixels. Also the volume would only go so high. We could barely hear it. No fan in the bathroom so it got a little nasty.

It was cool to have the diner connecting. The room was musty, and the bathrooms were very small. No ventilation in them either. There was dirty footprints in the room, and the bedding had stains and other human hairs (not ours).
