Home is downstairs unit of a house that is separated by its own entrance and independent fenced in yard. Perfect for a couple days launch pad or extended stay if you are in Reno/Sparks for work or pleasure. Practical launch pad for many exciting events including HOT August Nights, Balloon Race, Air Race, Rib Cook Off & Ski season. Short drive to the airport & 45min from a ski resort
The space
The entire Unit is exclusive to the reserved guests. It is a 1 bedroom with a pull-out couch in the living room, a king bed in the bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a fenced-in yard that is separated from the upstairs unit yard.
