With a view of the mountains, Holiday Apartment No. 2 at Sallrain Hof is located in the village of Lengmoos near Klobenstein/Collalbo and impresses you with its fantastic panorama. The 67 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and accommodates five people (the fifth guest sleeps on a folding bed). The property features a bidet. Amenities also include heating as well as cable and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available. Please note that heating is not possible in summer (June, July, and August).



Your private outdoor area includes a south-facing balcony. You have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and playground.



The stately farmhouse from the 11th century is situated at 1,100 m above sea level on the sunny Ritten plateau, the local mountain of Bolzano, in the heart of South Tyrol. Quiet, surrounded by greenery and yet centrally located, the farmhouse offers you a magnificent panoramic view of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage) and the village of Lengmoos. The accommodation is just a ten-minute walk from the center of Klobenstein. Nearby are the Ritten earth pyramids, public transport (narrow-gauge railway, bus stop), a speed skating rink (ten minutes on foot), and the Rittner Horn ski area (four kilometers away). An outdoor pool and a swimming lake are also close by. From May to November, you can fish at the property's lake.



The property offers the Ritten Card free of charge (free use of public transport and much more). Four parking spaces are available on the premises. Bringing a pet (dogs only) is allowed for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is available. The accommodation offers farm products.

Alles Top, allerdings sollte man nicht auf WLAN und Co angewiesen sein! Mit Ausnahme der Küche, quasi keinen Empfang! Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Gern wieder!
