The Villa consists of 2 buildings, covering a total of 290 m2, which communicate with each other, both rented together, making it ideal for big families and groups. Litinas Villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people in beds & up to 10 people if necessary.

- 60 sq. m private swimming pool with a specially design compartment for kids. The pool has a variable depth of 0,70 cm - 1,50 m.
- The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun beds, umbrellas and bean bag chairs, for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue and dining table for 12 guests offering views to the sea and the surrounding landscape.
