This beautifully designed holiday villa is furnished with modern, stylish decor in light colors and offers a range of amenities, including a private pool (which can be heated for an additional local cost upon request), a shaded barbecue area with outdoor dining facilities, and a furnished sun terrace that provides stunning vistas of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding landscape.



Situated just 1 kilometer away from the picturesque village of Skouloufia and approximately 17 kilometers from the famous resort town of Rethymno, Jason Panorama Villa 1 is a brand-new property ready to fulfill all your vacation needs and desires.



The villa features a single-story layout, making it suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living area with a sofa bed to accommodate the 7th person and a dining area equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double beds and one with two single beds.
