Villa Meli

Villa Meli is a modern villa in Adelianos Kampos.

It is approximately 104 square meters and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 5 people. All rooms have air conditioning.

It is comfortably furnished and offers very nice privacy. It shares a large plot of land with Villa Canella. The two villas are nicely separated from each other.

The distance to the sea is only about 800 m and is in a very green area with many olive groves. Here you have a great view of the white mountains and the sea.

The pool is approx. 7x4.5 m. The pool terrace is equipped with comfortable loungers, umbrellas and a pool deck with a lounge area.

It is just a short walk to Adeleanos Kampos, the beach and bars, cafes and taverns. It is also only about 1.5 km to the village of Adele. You can also easily cover the route on foot. You can drive to Rethymnon in about 10 minutes.

It has a complete equipped, large kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...

The 3 bedrooms offer enough space for 5 people. 1 bedroom with DB, 1 bedroom with DB queen-size, one bedroom with 1 EB 120x200 cm.

The open living-dining area is very spacious. Of course, the villa has internet and satellite TV with almost all German programs in the living room, as well as internet with WiFi. From here you can access the living room terrace with the outside dining area.

The garden has Mediterranean plants and invites you to relax.

During the winter months, December to the end of March, the pool is not in operation.
The electricity costs are calculated additionally at 45 cents/kwh, depending on consumption.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
