Prinos villas estate complex lets its first two 2020 built exquisite villas in the village of Agios Nikolaos, just outside Rethymno. The area is on the outskirts of the city of Rethymno, in the heart of its beautiful countryside within easy reach of the city itself, of the rugged and beautiful Cretan interior, and a two-minute drive from some great coasts and sandy beaches.
Each villa has its own private pool both equipped with junior sectors too. All pools are surrounded with sun lounger & BBQ areas. Both 3-level villas include children playgrounds, parking lots and their verandas have unobstructed views of the sea and the nearby mountains. All three bedroom properties are fully furnished, self catering and fully equipped and each of them sleeps 7 people ( fully air conditioned, central heating, wifi separate children room, playrooms, entertainment areas and video lounges.
The location of the villas is ideal to explore the great surroundings. There is some beautiful scenery around as well as places of interest like the famous Arkadi monastery, some 10 kilometers away, the ancient city of Eleftherna and its museum and of course the City of Rethymno with its quaint old town and Fort as well as its great beachfront. Rethymno is a friendly walking town full of people and life. Crete in general, is a great place combining mountains and seas as well as a beautiful interior.
