The apartment offers spacious living areas, including a living room with a sofa, satellite TV, and a modern open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all featuring Coco Mat mattresses. Two bathrooms are available for your convenience.



Outside, there is a 25 square meters shared swimming pool with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The apartment is equipped with central heating using radiators, cameras in the exterior areas, and smoke detectors for safety. We provide complimentary shampoo, shower gel, coffee, sugar, water, tea, fruit, butter, jam, toast, honey, and olive oil. The owner of the property lives on the top floor and is ready to assist with any needs you might have.



The area boasts charming traditional taverns and a supermarket, and within a short drive, you can reach the lively town of Rethymno with its numerous tourist attractions and amenities.
