Don't let the exterior condition of the hotel fool you, the rooms are in much better shape. The parking lot, main entrance, and the courtyard don't appear to be maintained at all (and no covered entry way or place to park a motorcycle). However, the rooms are nice and clean. For a resort area like Revelstoke this is a pretty good deal (and throw in an adequate continental breakfast to boot).

Clean room , renovation underway but parking lot a mess. No wheelchair access. Front desk had limited knowledge of the area. Attached pub “Last Drop” was good. The bar tender woman was above and beyond for service. Food good!

Beds were the best, breakfast regular continental. Would have been nice to have the restaurant and bar opened that was advertised. New owners and they are working on that, will take a bit. Staff was eager to help out with whatever was needed

The front desk concierge was the outmost friendly and accommodating. Got a 2 hour early check in and the process was very easy. The room itself was clean and had a nice shower. Would recommend staying if you want to be right downtown!
