I wish you could rate things separately. Check in was amazing - our room was upgraded and we were so grateful for that. Unfortunately we had extremely loud people above us that even after 10pm and we had called they still weren’t quiet. The worst was the next day - we had no idea there was a bus tour in and that wasn’t the problem: the problem was the ignorance of the tour bus people. They were sitting at the tables and were not moving even when they were done. We had to have our 2.5 year old sit on his knees to eat which was not comfortable (we were at the high table because no one told these people that there were others waiting). We watching countless people walk up grab food and go and sit in the lobby holding their plate in their hands and eating. I understand tourism, but I am sure you have lots of regular companies/people staying there. One guy had to work and had to sit on the couch to eat. The polite thing would be to have someone tell these people or put a sign up saying this isn’t a cafe - it’s a come eat and leave - it’s a hotel.
