Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. The room was not as clean as expected, and we could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next door and above us, which made it hard to relax. The hallways had a noticeable musty and smoky smell, and we even found an old food container under the bed, which suggested it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The check-in area looked nice and gave a good first impression, but the rest of the property didn’t live up to that standard. The photos online were a bit misleading. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and would recommend looking at other options.

We were placed in this weird room with a window to a bizarre indoor corridor with an abandoned pool. It was advertised as have two pools. No. One very dated pool. Our room was on the second floor. No elevator. Room was smelly and dank. And with no fresh air or sunlight it felt like we were in a cave. Awful awful for $250. Not worth it at all. Downtown core of town was super cool. Stay down there not at this dated crap hotel. Pictures are complexly misleading. Never stay there again. So disappointed.

Both our tv and internet did not work the entire time we were there. Had a guy trying to “fix it” until 945 when we finally asked him to pls leave. Room was disgusting and bathroom door wouldn’t even shut. They gave us a $20 discount which is a joke.

Registration visa terminal not working and prolonged our check in to 45 mins due to having to call visa to find out it was the terminal reader not working correctly. Hotel is dated. Bathroom sink and tub took about 30 mins to drain.

The pool in our section was not in operation. We had to walk across the parking lot to get to the other pool. There was no where to change at this pool. the carpets were stained in our room. Overall I didn't like it and will not stay here again.
