The front door leads directly into the lounge where light streams in through the windows, making it a light and airy room. The ground floor has beautiful tiles throughout, and underfloor heating. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and armchair, and electric fire, and Smart TV (with Amazon Prime and Netflix available).

The cloakroom is nestled conveniently between the lounge and kitchen. It has WC, sink and Velux window providing natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, Miele electric oven, integrated slim-line dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, a Qooker tap providing hot, cold and boilng water and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.

Wooden bi-fold doors lead to the enclosed secluded garden, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining and enjoying a glass of wine, or 2 !

A beautiful oak staircase leads to the first floor bedroom where there is a king size bed, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Light floods into the dual aspect room which looks onto the street at the front, and to the garden and rooftops to the back.
