Everything you could ask for and more. Room was clean and up to date. Super comfortable. What a view!! Loved the jacuzzi, balcony, and electric fireplace. If you're looking for lodging in the great north woods, this is the place to check out.

Comfortable, clean & spacious 2 bedroom unit with a nice view of the water. Grab & Go breakfast featured milk, juice, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, cereals & make your own waffle. We used the whirlpool & sauna. Good location. Close to restaurants & shopping.

I chose this hotel because of its good ratings online The hill entering the parking lot was so icy it was ridiculous and unsafe! Whirlpool in room would not get hot Bathroom thermostat locked. Could not warm the bathroom. After going in pool room, hot tub foamy and dirt floating in the foam. Shower in room was cold I am disabled many multiple injuries in my spine, neck, and bad knees. I left the handicap spot open to others cuz I could see multiple old couples struggling to get from their very far parked car up the door 2. No salt on pavement. Fell flat on my back walking out door 2. 1 Handicap space Multiple elderly struggling to walk thru the parking lot with so much ice built up. Multiple spots along the building blocked for snow mobiles. Not for disabled parking WiFi was awful Constantly had to reconnect just to watch a movie No movies offered on the TVs in the room People eating in the pool room! Not water... Full meals being eaten. Tried extending the stay in the morning. They offered a much more expensive rate. They said to use a booking site. Booking sites said no openings at the hotel. Asked again at the desk. They said they were NOT full, and to try online again. Tried with front desk assistance. Unsuccessful. Ended up paying the increased rate the desk offered before 11am checkout. At 4pm, multiple rooms were available again at the discounted rate online. With all the ice, lack of plowing, lack of close parking spaces, very large

Breakfast was sub par. We had a room jacuzzi and it drain didn’t plug completely. We told the front desk but they couldn’t get it fixed until afyer we left so we couldn’t really use it. No ice or ice bucket. They want to sell you ice for $3. We asked why and got some lame excuse about it being built on a hill. We did like the fireplace and the balcony.

We received a cold-ish type of basement room that wasn't connected to the main building. In winter. So one would have to walk across the cold outdoors to reach the pool area, for example. The breakfast was all cereal and cheap bagels and such, with no eggs or even half and half or milk for the coffee. (The creamers were both sugared.) Very poor. The pool area was too busy with gross people who were literally sitting there with wine in hand. We probably won't stay here again.

Room was clean, spacious, came with a full size coffee pot (although the coffee at the breakfast area was better than the supply in the room), mini fridge, microwave and toaster. Plenty of space to cook your own meals. Beds were comfy. The only thing we didn’t really like was that breakfast had to be taken back to your room to eat. Our room was the furthest point from where breakfast was served. So when we arrived at our room, it was cold. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
